Terms of Service

Who we are

TopCrown (“we”, “us”) runs the leaderboard at topcrown.in. You can reach us at contact@topcrown.in for anything about these terms, a listing or a payment.

What TopCrown is

TopCrown is a public leaderboard of links ranked by the money paid for them. A payment adds to a listing's total and moves it up the boards. That is all it buys: it does not give you ownership of the listing, control over who else pays for it, or any endorsement from us. There are no accounts, and anyone may pay to raise any listing.

Who can use it

• Anyone may browse the boards.
• To pay, you must be at least 18, able to enter a binding contract, and allowed to use the payment method you choose.
• If you pay on behalf of a business or another person, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for them.

Payments and prices

• Prices are in Indian rupees (INR), in whole rupees. A new listing costs at least ₹10, a raise at least ₹10, and one payment can be up to ₹9,99,999. The Rules explain how amounts turn into ranks.
• Payments are processed by our payment provider (Razorpay or Cashfree). Your card, UPI or bank details go to the provider, never to us, and the provider's own terms also apply to the payment. If the provider adds a fee for your payment method, it shows it before you pay.
• The amount is credited to the listing once the provider confirms the payment. A checkout that isn't completed within its time limit expires and credits nothing.
• Prices and ranks shown before checkout are estimates. Nothing is reserved: someone else may pay first and change what a rank costs.
• Receipts for payments are issued by the payment provider.

Refunds

• Payments are final. Being outranked, a drop in clicks or a change of mind are not grounds for a refund.
• If a confirmed payment can't be applied (for example, the amount doesn't match the checkout, the target was blocked, or the listing was removed while you paid), we review it and either apply it or refund it. Duplicate charges for the same checkout are refunded.
• We also refund wherever the law requires it.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method through the payment provider. To ask about one, email contact@topcrown.in with your payment details or the provider's receipt.
• A payment that is refunded, disputed or charged back may be taken off the listing's total, and its rank changes accordingly.

What you submit

• You may submit a website, profile, repository or app that you don't own, but you are responsible for what you submit. It must follow the Rules and must not impersonate anyone or mislead visitors about who is behind it.
• You confirm that the link and how it is shown here do not break the law or anyone else's rights, including trademarks, copyright and privacy.

Not allowed

• Listings the Rules exclude: chat and invite links, payment links, adult or sexual content, and anything illegal, malicious, fraudulent or hateful.
• Paying with a payment method you aren't entitled to use, or making payments to launder money.
• Getting around rate limits or other protections, inflating click counts, automated mass requests, or anything that disrupts the service for others.

Removing listings

We may disable, remove or re-categorise any listing, at any time, if we believe it breaks these terms, the Rules or the law, or after a valid complaint. Listings removed for breaking these terms, the Rules or the law are not refunded. We may also block a link from being listed again.

What we show and your permission

For each listing we show its link, a title and description taken from the page or profile, its logo or avatar, its category, totals, ranks and click counts, and we use them in share images. By submitting a link, you allow us to show this material on TopCrown, in share images and in search results for as long as the listing is on the board.

Complaints

If a listing uses your trademark or copyrighted material, impersonates you, or is about you and you object, email contact@topcrown.in with the listing's link and the reason. We review every complaint and may remove or change the listing.

No endorsement, no guarantees

• A rank only reflects money paid. It is not a review, a recommendation or an endorsement by us.
• We don't promise any number of clicks, visitors or sales. Click counts are approximate unique visits.
• Listed sites belong to third parties. Visiting them is at your own risk and under their terms.

Changes to the service

We may change, pause or stop any part of TopCrown, including prices and the Rules for future payments. Amounts already credited to a listing stay on it. The service may sometimes be unavailable, for example during maintenance.

Disclaimers

TopCrown is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises about the service beyond those in these terms, including that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Indemnity

You agree to cover our losses and reasonable costs from claims by others that arise from what you submitted or from your breach of these terms or the Rules.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute about them. Before going to court, please email us so we can try to resolve it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when the current version took effect. Each payment is made under the version you accepted at checkout, and we record which version that was.

General

These terms, the Rules and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about TopCrown. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it.
